  • Phone Verification Login: When you choose to log in via phone verification code, we will collect your phone number to send the verification code. This address is only used for identity verification and necessary account-related communication, such as password reset or important account notifications.
  • Third-party Login (WeChat, Apple, Google): If you log in using WeChat or Google, we may obtain certain information from these third-party platforms. For example, WeChat may provide your openID, nickname, and avatar; Apple may provide your Apple ID, name, and email address you choose to share; Google may provide your Google account ID, name, and email address. We use this information to create and manage your namyvera account, verify your identity, and provide a smooth login experience.

To provide you with better service, we may collect, during your use of the Services, including but not limited to, the following types of information:
  • Information You Provide to Us: Including but not limited to your email address, phone number; username; payment information (e.g., information processed through our payment providers); your user content (as defined in the Terms of Service, including chat communications, content you post). Please note that you are not required to provide this information, but without it, certain features of the Services may be inaccessible or unusable.
  • Information We Automatically Collect: Device-related information used to access the Services, including but not limited to device models, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Android ID, OAID, IDFA, IDFV), IP address, access time, domain name, MAC address, Wi-Fi information, Bluetooth, base station information, software version number, network access method and status, and network quality data. This is used to ensure service compatibility, security, and access performance.

  • Information Sharing: We may share your information with affiliated companies (any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with namyvera) and third-party service providers that support our operations. These include but are not limited to cloud storage, data analysis, payment processing, and email delivery. These service providers are contractually bound to use the information only within the authorized scope and are prohibited from disclosing or using it for other purposes.
  • Security Protection and Advertising Disclosure: To protect the legal rights of namyvera and others, we may disclose your information when we sincerely believe it is necessary, for example: (i) to enforce our Terms of Service and related policies; (ii) to ensure the safety of the company, employees, users, and the public. Currently, we do not conduct advertising activities. However, in the future, we may share certain information with advertising and analytics partners to place advertisements on our behalf and provide analytics services.
